Tuesday Sept 1st

Busy morning! I volunteered at Abby's school this morning so had to rush home from that to work out before picking her up from the bus! But I got it in!

Breakfast: Multi-grain cheerios w/skim milk; 100-calorie bagel with 1Tbsp peanut butter and a half glass of OJ

Lunch: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat (with cheddar cheese, mustard, lite mayo) and a glass of water

Snack: 1 Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Chip cookie with glass of water

Dinner: 1 slice leftover Chuck E Cheese pizza and 1/2 C. cottage cheese and a glass of water

Not too shabby...everything within range except I'm two grams off of my protein...I really need to find something to eat with more protein in it! I can't do the shakes...they tear apart my stomach!
