Rest Day on EA Active - I might get out and walk later tonight though after dinner.
Breakfast: Multi-grain cheerios w/skim milk and 4oz. OJ
Snack: Vanilla Dannon Activia yogurt with grapenuts and a glass of water
Lunch: Tuna on whole wheat with 1 Tbsp. mayo and a glass of water
Dinner: Two slices of Papa John's pepperoni pizza (and I didn't even look at the dessert pizza I ordered for the rest of the family...and totally shunned the garlic butter...it was hard, but I did it darn it!) with water
Water: 4 glasses
Calories: 1,286
Carbs: 184
Fat: 37
Protein: 61
A good day today - I look at it and I didn't eat much at all, but I guess that is what eating "within your calorie range" looks like huh?
